The principals of Paradigm are as follows: Founder member of Paradigm Real Estate Managers Limited and Partner responsible for Management of Montagu Evans’ Scottish offices. Bill O'Hara has been involved in the commercial property market for over 30 years in the UK. In that time he has specialised in the planning and implementation of large scale capital projects in the retail, leisure and business space markets, and the investment sector including Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow Fort, Gyle and Omni, Edinburgh. Since 2001 he has been involved in Paradigm transactions and joint ventures. A founder member of PREM and a Partner in Montagu Evans since 2000 with over 15 years of experience in the investment market, David McCrory is experienced in all aspects of investment and acquisition, funding, disposal and asset management. He is responsible for the preparation of complex financial models including advanced cashflow and residual investment and development appraisal techniques. He has been involved in the formation and management of Paradigm transactions totalling some £800 million since 2001. Clive Riding is Managing Partner of Montagu Evans in London and head of the Professional Services Department. He has over 25 years experience in the valuation of commercial properties throughout England on behalf of major Property Companies, Developers and Institutions. Over the past 12 years he has specialised in Development Consultancy, funding, appraisals, disposals, acquisitions and negotiating joint venture agreements between Landowners developers and funders. Recent large projects include Silvertown Quays, Paddington Basin, Ram Brewery, Wandsworth, Convoys Wharf, Deptford and the Hale Village Tottenham. He will be responsible for identifying sites with development potential and seeking joint venture opportunities. Craig Syme is a Chartered Accountant and has responsibility for the accounting and finance function across the Paradigm Estate Managers group's joint venture arrangements. This encompasses internal management and shareholder reporting, external statutory reporting, compliance with regulations, taxation, company secretariat and treasury management. Craig joined Paradigm in April 2008 from a Big 4 accountancy firm and commercial background.
In addition to the core team, Paradigm employ sector specific specialists to help resource investment opportunities in the following sectors. The company transacts throughout the United Kingdom and is active in all sectors. Michael Dillon has 20 years experience in the UK commercial property market in both public and private sectors and has specialised in property development for the last 12 years. Formerly Scottish Regional Director for HBG Properties, Michael has extensive development experience and has successfully completed a wide range of development projects across the office, industrial, retail and residential sectors including Wellgate, Dundee and over 12 office projects for public and private sector occupiers in Scotland. Michael has responsibility in Paradigm for office and mixed-use projects including Skypark and Orchard Brae House. David Robb has more than 30 years experience in the UK commercial property market at senior level in the corporate and private sectors. David was formerly Head of Property Management at General Accident plc before progressing to Morley Fund Management to become Retail Fund Manager with responsibility for the in town and out of town retail portfolios amounting to £1.8bn. David joined in 2001 to asset manage the retail portfolios and current responsibilities include retail and roadside services. John Dunsmore has 26 years experience in the commercial property market. John was Head of Estates at Livingston Development Corporation and managed large industrial and commercial projects and private housing developments. He co-ordinated the sale of Livingston New Town assets and raised approximately £150m. He was also Commercial Development Manager Buchanan Galleries shopping centre in Glasgow and worked in Edinburgh with Kenmore and Miller Ventures. John works on shopping centre projects and is involved with Paradigm in the asset management of Shandwick Square redevelopment and Glasgow Fort planning applications on behalf of British Land. |
